Who Can Be Sponsored?
Under the Last Living Relative Program, you may be eligible to sponsor:
- A sibling, nephew, niece, or grandchild who is orphaned, under 18, and not married or in a common-law relationship
- A close relative of any age, if you do not have any other eligible family members who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents
